You have to check out this insane jump-roping routine from the US Naval Academy’s King Firecrackers. Most people I know can barely jump-rope for a steady 5 minutes, and these girls do it longer than that while skipping, flipping, crossing, and running across a basketball court.

Wow, this is really neat. I don’t have the balls to go skydiving, let alone skydiving and using my parachute as a jump rope. [via]
