Yanko posted this wonderful looking kitchen utensil called the Uni-tool that essentially does away with more than a few of your other kitchen utensils.
The Uni-tool, designed by Graeme Davies for Joseph Joseph, is a spatula, butter knife, strainer, and [sorta] regular knife all in one. Just flip it one way or another and it automatically becomes whatever you need it to be in the kitchen. Check out some more images below.
Dan Meth, the guy who created the neat little Trilogy Meter chart has put out another popular culture chart, this time revealing in the simplest form how TV sitcom spaces are arranged.
He calls it the Sit-Com Houses chart and it shows that sitcoms are all pretty generic when it comes to layout. Who can blame ‘em? The formula seems to work whether the kitchen is on the left or right.
Norman posted one already, but here’s mine. As you can see, we’re enjoying these beard heads that I got recently. I gave Norman my black one because he helps me keep Doobybrain running. Thanks brother!
This kitchen of the future from GE sure looks nice. I always tell people that if I could be born in any era that it would be the 50’s because I love the design of just about anything from the 50’s. Even though this video is specifically about the kitchen, I would think that the rest of the house would be just as cool and “technologically advanced” as this. Heck, some kitchens now aren’t even as great as the one shown in this video!
