This is awesome. The Tate has an online gallery called Lost Art that educates us on famous pieces of art that have disappeared. Why? These pieces have either become lost, stolen, destroyed, or simply unrealized from its original concept. It’s an interesting walk down memory lane.
Building upon an older ’80s commercial, Grey Poupon revisited it in 2013 with this longer version that makes it seem like the company found unused footage from the original ad and spliced it together. Of course, that’s not the case, but it’s very believable the way they did it.
