Pretty Pigeons

Gothamist linked to this great gallery of pigeons — normally the ugly flying rats we see — being beautifully photographed for the National Pigeon Association Championships. A couple of these birdies look like they exploded from the inside. Weird.

Loved that video of cats in zero gravity? How about pigeons flying in zero-gravity? Yes. That’s right. They can’t fly in zero-G’s. They just tumble around. Hilarious!
