Pogo is back once again with a delightful tune compromised of words and music cut from Mary Poppins! The song makes absolutely no sense, but I think the purpose here is to enjoy the wicked editing job that Fagottron has done.

It’s been almost a year, but it looks like Pogo has been keeping busy with his cartoon audio remixes.
