Tomorrow morning (May 15th), Coldplay will be releasing a free live album download on their website called LeftRightLeftRightLeft. The album includes 9 live tracks which were recorded over the past year at various concerts on the Viva la Vida tour. The download will go live on their website at 9AM UK time. Mark Hoppus, founding member of Blink-182, just announced on his blog (via a proxy, but it’s the same thing) that the band is getting back together and recording new music! The band is also set to tour in summer 2009! Neat!

No Doubt have updated their website with an iChat-like conversation that hints towards a new tour for 2009. The band members take turns in this chat saying how much fun it would be to play music with each other again, and by the end of the chat conversation, all of them agree that it would be great if they came together to do such a thing.
They also hint towards writing new songs and recording again which would be totally awesome since they were originally supposed to release an album in 2008 (which they didn’t).

Norman recently came across this undated photo of the Yung Brothers and Brandon in an acoustic recording session. In the picture, from left to right, is myself, Brandon, Simon, and Norman. We’ve been discussing when this photo might have been taken (and by whom) and we’ve concluded that it was probably for Steph’s sweet 16 CD.
Steph, if you have that CD, please rip it to mp3 files!
