A dog takes a drink from a livestock watering hole in Rajasthan, India during an annual local festival that attracts livestock dealers and thousands of animals. What a great photo! [via]
Reverb Chair by Brodie Neill

Wow. The Reverb Chair by Brodie Neill is made with a single sheet of hand-formed mirror-polished aluminum and boy does it look nice! It probably isn’t the most comfortable of chairs, but hey, at least you can see yourself in it. And what other chair offers you that luxury, huh?

This is by far the most awesome picture I’ve ever seen of Joseph “Joe” Ades, the curious and interesting old man who sold potato peelers on New York City streets for over 60 years.
If you haven’t heard, Joe Ades passed away this past Sunday at the age of 75. Thanks JSTN for the photo!
Oh, so those are teleprompters

I’ve always wondered what those two rectangular items were on either side of the podium during big speeches. It turns out that they are teleprompters for the speaker, as seen in these images of Barack Obama, courtesy of The Big Picture.
Up until now, I thought that those “mirrors” were for photographic lighting purposes, but there was always something odd about where they were placed that made me not believe my own inference 100%.
Anyway, I included a couple of more examples of the teleprompters inside if you care to see.
