It’s Friday, so here’s a video of a retro slap bracelet to bring you back to cool. Yay!

I’m sort of in love with this Dulton school wall clock. At 24cm, it’s a small wall clock, but it does the job it’s supposed to without getting too much in the way of any other things hanging on the wall.

Urban Outfitters sells it for $38 in chrome (this is the one I want).

Wedding photography by The Flashdance

100layercake

Last week, I made a quick post about a wedding blog called 100 Layer Cake that featured some amazing wedding ideas and creative decorations. I mistakenly labeled the blog as the owner of all of the photos featured there (that’s what I thought…because I didn’t read it all in full) and I thank Anna for clearing it all up for me!

In any case, I did really like the photo above which was taken by Flashdance, a creative collective between photographers Our Labor of Love, Max Wanger, and The Human Jukebox. They do a wonderful job of photographing Crystal and Ben here.

Retro is back with 80’s BluBlocker sunglasses in blue, green, pink, white, and gold. These might be fun for the beach. Maybe. [via]

If you really want a pair, you can get not-so-flashy black ones for just over $17.

Also: Don’t the boobs on this model look kinda weird?

Koss PortaPro headphones

Simon has a pair of these Koss PortaPro Headphones and I was so impressed with the quality and clarity of their sound that I went ahead and bought myself a pair as well. I understand that these aren’t the look that everybody is going for, but I discarded the fact that they don’t look all too “modern” after I heard the sound that comes out of them. In a word, the sound is wonderful!

Plus, it doesn’t hurt that they’re only $32 on Amazon.com.
Not a bad investment at all, even if you never do wear them outside. Koss PortaPro Headphones.

Nabisco goes retro with Ritz and Oreo packaging

If you find yourself in a Target and come across some retro-looking packaging for Ritz and Oreo’s, don’t worry, it’s not some old stock that they find in storage somewhere. It’s just Nabisco testing the market for retro-styled product packaging. The Oreo packaging doesn’t really do it for me, but the Ritz Crackers box is pretty nice.
