Here’s a hilarious clip from a comedy routine Russell Brand did about his MTV promo spots with Britney Spears and an elephant. If you’re like me and was wondering why those MTV promo spots back around September 2008 featured an elephant doing absolutely nothing in the background (see video below), then the video above will explain it all.
