I really like this comparison video showing how close in image quality the silver and black versions of the HERO3 really are. The white version is still great, but definitely not significantly better in my opinion than the HERO2.
It looks like Mercedes-Benz is debuting their own “frozen paint” job on their new vehicles. If you missed it previously, BMW is doing this as well in a matte-ish blue color while it looks like Mercedes is keeping in line with their usual silver/chrome look (it’s rare that I see a Mercedes that’s not silver).
The Seattle Art Museum unveils Brazilian born, São Paulo-based artist Sandra Cinto’s site-specific installation for the Olympic Sculpture Park’s PACCAR Pavilion. With the help of museum volunteers, Cinto painted a massive wall a dark blue and freehand painted on it using silver pens (paint markers). Some more photos over here.
