AnimalNY shared this old-timey looking video of skateboarder Anthony Pappalardo cruising around New York City with Mark Gonzales’ “Circle Board”.
The “Circle Board” is made of 9 regular skateboards connected end to end in a circle. If you want to see the board in person, you can do so at the Franklin Parrasch Gallery until November 28th.

Mekanism Skateboards, along with sculptor Olafur Eliasson (who recently installed waterfalls in NYC), have unveiled a new skateboard called “Your Mercury Ocean” that is made of 13-ply boards with a fantastic chrome finish on the top and bottom.
According to Format, only 90 of these will be produced, so expect them to sell for more than a pretty penny.

Emilio Garcia (of Jumping Brain) has unveiled his new venture into skateboard deck graphics with these neat brain pattern boards. The four decks are being sold now at Zazzle for just over $77. Pick ‘em up!

PUMA is getting back into the skateboarding scene with these 3 brightly colored PUMA S skate shoes. [via]
I’m not a big fan of the colors here, but the shoes themselves are pretty nice. They come with added padding all over and fat laces which are always welcome on any sneaker on my feet. Yum!
