SNL shoots their videos with Canon 7D and 5D cameras

Here’s a bit of nice trivia: Philip Bloom recently found out that NBC uses Canon 7D and 5D still cameras to shoot lots of material on their show. In fact, the 7D and 5D were used to film the title sequences and some studio shorts, which is a big deal considering the fact that SNL previously used film or high-end digital video cameras (rather than a still-camera system).

Mark Wahlberg REALLY talks to animals

October 20, 2008 @ 1:25 am

Mark Wahlberg goes backstage and talks with Andy Samberg about Andy’s impression of him talking to animals. If you remember, Mark was recently on the Jimmy Kimmel show talking about how much he hated that SNL skit and how he wanted to punch Andy’s big nose.

Well, no nose-punching took place, but Mark Wahlberg did loosen up a bit and say “Say hi to your mother for me” a bunch of times. YAY! Everybody wins!

Mark Wahlberg is no fun

If you remember, Andy Samberg from SNL did a skit recently that parodied Mark Wahlberg talking to animals. Mark Wahlberg apparently didn’t find it funny at all and told Jimmy Kimmel that he wants to punch Andy Samberg in the face.

Wow…talk about not having a sense of humor!
I, for one, found the skit to be really funny. LAUGH ON, my friends, LAUGH ON.

All RA’s on the same floor

Hahaha, OMG, this CollegeHumor skit is hilarious. It shows what an entire floor at a college dorm might be like if all of the resident advisors (RA’s) were accidentally placed on the same floor.

Traditionally speaking, RA’s are the ones that try to get all of the “normal” students to go out and join school-wide activities that promote school spirit. They’re overly chirpy, kinda annoying, and definitely “always there when you need them”.
