Of all of the photos in this post from The Big Picture, this one above stands out as the most shocking to me. I just never thought that a country as closed as North Korea would allow for female soldiers.

David Roy Margalit is selling this great looking Russian dancer poster on Etsy for $25. The print will be printed on A3 “quality, heavy paper” (which could mean a lot of things). There’s only one available, so get it while it’s still available. [via]

Soldier saved by bullet-proof glass

This is just amazing raw footage of how bullet-proof glass is coming in very handy during war.
Here we can see a room where several soldiers are having a chat. Suddenly…POP! A bullet comes flying at them only to be stopped by the bullet-proof glass window. Certainly very scary, but man, so awesome.
