Simon just sent me this funny collection of Disney heroes as male models by David Kawena. It looks as if David covered just about every major male hero from Disney movies (yes, even real-life Disney movie male “heroes” like Troy Bolton from High School Musical).
Trek has unveiled a new District bicycle made with their proprietary OCLV Carbon frame. The District Carbon is incredibly strong, lightweight, and ultra sleek in black. The bike also features the silent belt drive that debuted on the regular District bicycle.
How much will it cost to ride in style? Ahh…only $3199.
This time around, I’m showing off a Mighty Wallet by Dynomighty Design that I bought at the MAD Store. I’ve seen plenty of wallets made of alternative materials before, but this Mighty Wallet is certainly the best that I’ve come across.
The Mighty Wallet is made from Tyvek, a very strong, light-weight material made of flashspun fibers that is 100% recyclable and made from 25% recycled content (even the package that it comes in is recyclable!). Upon touching the Mighty Wallet, I immediately recognized the texture and feel of the material as the same that’s being used on USPS Express Mail envelopes (the kind you use for soft goods).
The properties of Tyvek allow the wallet to expand and contract according to your needs. It can hold up to 16 credit cards in its 2 credit card pockets on the inside. On the outside, there is a convenient quick-slip slot to put anything from receipts to business cards without ever having to open up your wallet.
All Mighty Wallets are tear-resistant, water-resistant, and stain-resistant and cost $15 online or $18 at the MAD Store.
