On May 12, 2009 at around 7:45PM, a Southwest Airlines Boeing 737-300 (flight WN519) caught fire while landing at Hobby airport in Houston. The flight was inbound from New Orleans when one of its tires burst into flames.
This video shows passengers and crew immediately evacuating the plane as emergency crews came to put the fire out. Nobody was seriously injured although it is reported that 2 people suffered minor injuries.
My question is just who was filming the plane landing at the airport? It definitely looks like it’s taken from a helicopter or another plane in the air.
The rounded corners of the case really go well with the tire treads, and I’m assuming that this case does wonders for shock absorption since it’s made of real rubber. If I wasn’t already satisfied with my current iPod touch case, I’d totally go for this one, especially since it’s only $15.
YouTube member, rabbieburns, has several videos online of him racing on a track bike on an oval track. He uses a pencil camera attached to a point just above his front wheel which gives a pretty cool view of the race. It almost feels like you’re in the heart of it all.
I’ve posted the other videos of him racing inside.
