If you got a chance to see Toy Story & Toy Story 2 in 3D in theaters, you will have noticed a great new trailer for Toy Story 3 which showed “home video” of Andy playing with his toys and growing up and the toys dealing with a newly reset Buzz Lightyear (watch the trailer below for the surprise).

I really want to watch this documentary called The Boys: The Sherman Brothers’ Story. It’s about the song-writing duo Richard and Robert Sherman who ended up composing many of the classic Disney songs that many of us grew up with. The pair were legendary in their field and this new documentary takes a look at their craft, their relationship with Disney, and their relationship with each other over the years.
As far as I know, the film has already been released in select theaters and won’t be seeing a worldwide release anytime soon mainly because of its appeal to Disney buffs only (rather than larger audiences in general). In any case, I would love to see this film and get a sense of how some of the songs that I grew up with came to be.
Disney doesn’t understand new media so they aren’t letting me embed the film’s trailer from YouTube, so you’ll have to go here to watch it.

Did Bungie always make live-action trailers for Halo games? If so, I have been living under a rock because this is the first one I’ve ever seen and boy does it look great! Check out the live-action trailer below for Halo 3: ODST.

I think vampire movies are really stupid, but for once, I think I may actually want to go and see one.
Here’s the trailer for Daybreakers, a film about a world in which everybody except a small portion of the population is a vampire. It’s a bit of a twist on the usual save-the-human-race stories and it seems interesting enough to get me to buy a ticket…I think.
