KATSU uses a fire extinguisher to paint a huge fill-in

October 27, 2009 @ 6:33 pm

AnimalNY just posted a new video of graffiti writer KATSU doing a fill-in using a fire extinguisher. You can’t read a thing after it’s done, but I think the point is that it’s huge.

Anybody know what tunnel this is? I don’t recognize it at all (could be the Riverside Drive tunnels maybe?). If you know, fill me in.

If you missed the previous video of KATSU and MORAL spray painting the city, you can check that out here.

Hard Graft shows off this photo of the Parliament Design offices which features a beautiful wall made of firewood. Wow, I want this incorporated into my future home somehow.

This magnificent photo of a bull pinning a man (Bernie Madoff) to the wall is courtesy of The Wall Street Journal. The sculpture was created by Chen Wenling to illustrate the global financial crisis. It is now on display in Beijing.

Dulton retro wall clock

I’m sort of in love with this Dulton school wall clock. At 24cm, it’s a small wall clock, but it does the job it’s supposed to without getting too much in the way of any other things hanging on the wall.

Urban Outfitters sells it for $38 in chrome (this is the one I want).

If you’re skilled enough, you too can perform this shortcut in Wario Stadium in Mario Kart 64 to put yourself on the top of the time trial records list. Very, very impressive! Thanks Corey!

1984 Fish Bowl

1984-fishbowl

Fish bowls are usually very public spectacles. They sit out in the open and allow anybody passing by to view the fish and its contents at any time they please. But with the 1984 Fish Bowl from Workshopped, there can now be some privacy for that pet fish you own because this fish bowl features solid white walls and 3 domed windows for you to peer into or for the fish to look out from. A nice twist on the traditional all-glass fish tanks that I’m used to seeing.

Unfortunately, this fish bowl is $430. Yikes.
