Constant rain over the last week or so has put parts of Georgia under water. In the pictures (taken September 23, 2009) and video here, you can see parts of Six Flags Over Georgia (West of Atlanta) submerged in murky waters rendering the entire park useless until the waters recede.

According to some estimates, about $250 million in damage has been done to to people’s homes and 8 people have died as a result of this wet weather.
This tester isn’t very specific about which North Face jacket this is, but apparently it’s supposed to be waterproof and breathable. To test this claim, this man puts on the jacket and steps into a shower with it. Then he turns on the water and lets the jacket do its thing. I imagine that The North Face does something similar with its official gear testing, no?
