Chainlink 4×4 can traverse just about any landscape

January 7, 2010 @ 6:09 pm

This 5900 pound 4×4 beast is nicknamed the “Chainlink” because each of its tires can go about 7 feet up or down on each side independently of each other. This allows the Chainlink to travel over some of the most treacherous terrains with relative ease. [via]

The Mobile Desk

For $500, you too can roll around your office without actually leaving your desk. With the Mobile Desk, your seat and your computer stick with you without forcing you to lose a minute of hard work while you move around.

Want room for two? Yeah, there’s a mobile desk for two people too. Yay.

The teaser is pretty awesome and it’s really getting to the point where I’m starting to believe that Transformers could really exist in this sense. Anyway, in the teaser, there’s this huge beast that seems to be rolling around everywhere on one big wheel (it might be on two wheels…a big motorcycle maybe?). What is it? And why is it a bad guy? The bad guys always have the better and crazier robots.

Hang Up is a clothing rack and hanger made with skateboard wheels as hooks. I don’t know how much it costs, but I think this is a pretty cool thing to have in my room.
