The Specialty Coffee Association of America's iconic Coffee Taster's Flavor Wheel has been updated. The new Coffee Taster's Flavor Wheel is more vibrant and includes research from the World Coffee Research's Sensory Lexicon in conjunction with the Food Science and Technology Department at University of California, Davis. The new flavor wheel consists of all of the keywords that coffee roasters and makers should use in describing coffee flavor and distinctly categorizes the flavors based on their relation to each other.
