Anybody who has ever looked forward to TIME's announcement of Person of the Year will not be surprised that Donald Trump is this year's cover person. The magazine has never chosen the most likeable person to be on the cover but rather the person who most contributed to news and culture of the past year. We all know, whether we like him or not, that that person is Donald Trump.
But TIME sort of made several statements by putting Donald on the cover. First, the color tone and the pose is very indicative of a certain person from a 1940s era. Knowing what I know from working in the photo industry, this is not an accident by any means. And maybe it's just coincidence, but that "M" certainly makes Donald look like he has devil horns.
Of course, the real takeaway here is the accompany video that TIME released along with their cover. I mean, have you seen better images from inside Donald's NYC home? Talk about tacky. Proof that money (even all the fake money you claim to have) will not buy you good tastes.
