I can't say that I've ever had this problem, but The North Face seems to think many people do. What's that problem, you ask? Well, having a bag stay open while you stuff it with all your daily essentials. Apparently, having a backpack close in on you is such a hassle that The North Face needed to design a backpack that pops open at the flick of a switch, staying open until you forcibly close it with the latch.
My initial thoughts? It looks really nice and for all that I've said above about it being a little silly, I'm sure the new enclosure would come in handy in at least a few scenarios. However, I hope there's a way to prevent the bag from popping open on hard bumps or from the prying hands of a thief.
