I've been sitting on this one for way too long. Finally, I got myself an actual pour over kettle for controlled liquid dispensing. What did I go with? This "bootleg" Hario kettle from Brulux that is just as well-built as any that I've ever used in a cafe. Plus, the cover has a built-in thermometer that is very useful when getting real specific with brew temperatures. I recommend it. Get it for cheap here.
