The building on the very corner of 29th Street and 6th Avenue (East side of 6th Ave) has been listing for a while now. At one point, the lean was so bad that you could see a visible gap between the building and its white-colored neighbor on the left. Well, now it's slowly being dismantled floor by floor.
I wonder what's going to pop up here. Hopefully not another hotel.
