I never think of new technology in respect to cars. This is mainly because quite frankly, even though I love cars and car design, I'm not anything close to being a car guy. So when I happened across this article over at Jalopnik about why the iPhone 7 could be better for car enthusiasts, I was intrigued.
It's not that the iPhone 7 is the first to introduce optical image stabilization or water resistance in a mobile device, it's about having one of the most popular mobile devices with this technology suddenly in the hands of people who care nothing about phone advancements. Many people simply just upgrade their phone every year and with this latest release of the iPhone, it actually means better videos overall from people at car shows, car meets, and just shooting-from-the-car-window. It won't correct it all, but for the casual road bump, this could just be less vomit-inducing.
