I got a snap of this weird looking vehicle the night of the Chelsea bombings in NYC. The NYPD's Total Containment Vessel works by slowly releasing pressure from an IED should a bomb detonate while placed in this vessel. Pretty sophisticated stuff. Would love to see it in action.
