Michael Wolf's photos of Hong Kong have always been some of my favorite. His books are hard to come by (they don't get reprinted often) and I am so glad that I own Architecture of Density. These photos really give you a dizzying sense of scale in terms of how dense Hong Kong truly is. Repetitive, colorful, and deeply personal, these homes and buildings photographed by Wolf are just beautiful to look at. I highly recommend this book as well as his series on Hong Kong corner houses.
