I have never heard of this "theory" but I guess it makes sense that if you send a small gift (food or toy) with your broken electronics, maybe somebody will be happy about it and rush your repair service through. I'm skeptical, mainly because this piece is sponsored by Swedish Fish.
Yep, all this work still costs less than $30,000 + installation. So I guess it's worth it.
