How amazing is this? Product placement crossovers were really at their peak in the '80s. This one featured the Burger King Whopper on a pair of AM radio headphones sold at Radio Shack in 1983. The headphones look pretty good actually but as LGR says below in the video, the sound was less than appealing.
The '80s and '90s are real hot right now. When will somebody re-make these with Bose inserts? I mean, c'mon, real Whopper size muffs this time though, ok?
Higher quality hot dogs at a lower price point. That's the goal here with Burger King's latest announcement of the restaurant chain adding 2 hot dog menu items to over 7100 locations nationwide. The classic hot dog will sell for $1.99 and the chili cheese dog for $2.29.
Somehow, I found this announcement worth noting.
