I’ll admit that there’s a lot of crazy things about living in NY that seem ridiculous to many (including New Yorkers), but for me, the one thing that seems outrageously silly to me is the sheer amount of driving people accept as normal in Los Angeles. That’s not normal.
I’ve been listening to this podcast during my at-home work hours. Really interesting podcast about how cities like New York (season 1) changes and how gentrification happens over a slow period of time.
Season 2, which I haven’t gotten to just yet, is all about gentrification in Los Angeles. Listen on Spotify or right here.
Hoping to be able to get to LA a few more times in the next year to continue my on-going series of photos documenting the rise of the new 6th Street Bridge. This opens in 2020.
