Starting next month, the National Weather Service will begin typing out their weather warnings and forecasts in a normal sentence style. NO MORE YELLING AND ALL CAPS WEATHER REPORTS LIKE THIS WITH A TON OF ELLIPSES ONE AFTER THE OTHER!
